Creates a (1964) graduated with a BFA degree from the Art Institute of Boston in 1993 and has since participated in numerous group exhibitions and held solo exhibitions in the United States, pastry art Russia, France, and elsewhere. Her photographs Moran nærvídd, made with musician Matthias Hemstock, was released in 12 shades of 2005. The book merges dreamy photographs of Katrina Icelandic environment and eerie soundscapes Matthias. In 2007 Katrin had two solo exhibitions in Iceland, of the world ", the ASI Art Museum, and Without a Trace" at the National Museum of Iceland. Katrina works include owned Art Museum, National Museum, the National Gallery of Akureyri and Reykjavík Museum of Photography. Cathy is also a member of the Group Exhibition, Reflection / Reflection - Icelandic contemporary photography "currently pastry art underway at the National Museum and the recently released eponymous novel with works from the show and interviews with the artists. Cathy has received numerous awards for his photographs; 2007 she was nominated for the Honorary Award Myndstef.
