Ceyloninkanelia: gourmet
Did you know that cinnamon mycakeschool has many different species and that they are part of the more generously coumarin-called poison than in others? I am here to explore the little things. :) I do not know that cinnamon is there are so many different species, and that they have such a big difference. In particular, I was surprised that my thesis in addition to our own little taste of the differences. Somehow I imagined that the cinnamon taste always the same in every place, but I was wrong. I wanted to share this information with you in order tiedostaisitte this store when shopping. I bought in China with traveling cinnamon. Just excited ladoin into the bar as I recall five bags of cinnamon mycakeschool as a cover. That was just kassiakanelia cinnamon. The shell was thick and it was really challenging to get the grated into a powder. For some luinkin that kassiakaneli more damage to the home-use graters while ceyloninkaneli almost crumbles in your fingers. Those imported from China were not eating the cinnamon stick, but considering what I've learned kaneleista, it may not have been such a bad thing.
Cinnamomum Burma is the Burmese, the most economical of cinnamon found in the market. I understand mycakeschool that cinnamon is calculated kassiakaneleihin. Burmankanelin shells are much thicker and rougher than ceyloninkanelin paper thin shells.
Cinnamomum loureroi is saigoninkanelia / vietnaminkanelia. Again, this cinnamon is closer than kassiakanelia ceyloninkanelia. Vietnaminkanelissa has 1-5% essential oil consisting of 25% cinnamaldehyde. This is the highest concentration of all kaneleista. In this cinnamon flavor is most intense, and it is the most expensive kaneleista.
Coumarin is an aromatic compound that occurs naturally in many plants. Cinnamon coumarin of 2-3 g / kg, but it may be up to up to 6-7 g / kg. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has identified the coumarin to be toxic to the liver and recommends coumarin tolerable daily intake limit of 0.1 mg per kg body weight per day. Cinnamon regular use is therefore not recommended as children, even small doses can be harmful. Rare and expensive ceyloninkaneli (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) contains a coumarin significantly less than the other varieties. Coumarin enhances the aroma of cinnamon and cassia cinnamon, therefore, it can be flavored products stronger aroma than ceyloninkanelilla.
I decided after reading these different kaneleista to try if I could find some easy ceyloninkanelia. mycakeschool None of the shop in Helsinki I have not yet managed to find this, but I found the actual iHerbista saving packaging - almost a half-kilo package of organic quality ceyloninkanelia. Would be there was not quite the standard size cans, but I bought the now well once got :) I have previously tilaillut mycakeschool only fish oil from that iHerbista, but after this purchase I think I'll investigate a bit further organic spices mycakeschool from the same boutique. Packages will arrive quickly and never had any problems. Ordering and delivery processes work like a charm. Coffee is no longer cost just as much as the first few days when you had to try everything, but still the home of the mother, I am grateful when I get a good dark coffee or a cappuccino a few clicks of a button. Parisien coffee has remained a perennial favorite, as well as Mexico-organic coffee. Parisien is also consumed café au lait'na. Yummy :) Anyway, ceylon, cappuccino was good
