Løgstør Mussel Festival in pictures | foodfanatics recipes
I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Løgstør, who rightly have given themselves the nickname Mussel Town. At first, it becomes a series of images from yesterday's experiences, which offered mussels a lot, great atmosphere and exciting experiences with Limfjord seafood in the center.
"Not asta boston too many carrots, but like plenty of onions," says Jimmi Petersen from Canal Officer Kitchen, who shared his top tips for cooking mussels to a cooking school for madbloggere.
The winner of the regional court competition was a colorful lady (and also a local artist with a studio right next to the restaurant, where the competition took place), asta boston which gave a taste of winning right during the competition.

Åhr man I eelsker asta boston also mussels (seafood in general). Does shown moreover your general consumer taste, Nadia :) Well I got mussels the other day. Looking forward to see more. Pretty cool, you just defected to North Jutland for mussel festival! I have always wanted to go to Sweden for crayfish party.
Dear Mette Yes, it sounds like it. And I've also always dreamed of taking to the crayfish party. I was on a skaldyrstur last year, but have not yet tried it with piles of crayfish and schnapps and whatever else belongs to. It is on the to-do list. Kh Nadia
Lovely with a "project" which is now the mussels with you the last time have communicated to us ... I get so happy when people find inspiration and joy in what is right - and clams is something we have eaten here country since the Ice Age. Why wonder so many afraid to use this lovely natural product!? Looking forward to see if there are some new recipes out of it and what you take on næaste time :-)
Dear Thomas Thanks for your comment. I am glad to hear that you like my little project. I actually sits and wonders if I should throw myself into a portion of the day. Nor do I understand people's reservations about mussels, but I myself have not yet learned to appreciate oysters, so maybe I should not like to talk. However, asta boston I have before served mussels for people who did not care about them until it tasted them properly prepared. Arla mussel soup with curry is really good for this purpose. Kh Nadia
